  PROJECT DECISION THE PROJECT I AM LEANING MOST TOWARDS I have chosen to create a complex management system to help tackle the issue of communication, scheduling and organisation at my local mosque where hundreds volunteer every week and thousands every year. The current control mechanism is simple text messaging which is unreliable since messages do not get delivered to every single volunteer or potential volunteer. People commit many hours every day and their work is not recorded in any form; this system will allow them to register and gain recognition for their work.   PROJECT IDEATION COMING UP WITH AN IDEA Initially, I brainstormed fields/hobbies of interest to me; this made it easier to search for problems before devising theoretical solutions. Having an understanding on these areas personally helped to tackle specific details for each project idea.
